These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through the online shop of Boatique Marine Services (“Boatique”, “we”, “us”) at boatique.services. By placing an order you accept these terms.
Our online shop serves customers in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. Orders with delivery addresses outside these areas are not accepted online; please contact us for a quote.
We sell original pumps, equipment and spare parts from the manufacturers we represent. Product descriptions, images and technical data are provided for information and may differ slightly from the delivered product. Please check compatibility with your installation before ordering, or contact us for technical advice.
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Import duties and customs fees for products imported from Italy are not included: they are invoiced separately at cost after customs clearance and must be paid before the goods are shipped or delivered (see our Shipping Policy). For deliveries outside the United States, import duties, taxes and customs fees of the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, product unavailability or suspected fraud; in that case any payment received will be refunded in full. If the import duties invoice is not paid within 14 days, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid, less the duties and shipping costs already incurred.
Payment is due at the time of order through the methods available at checkout. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers.
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier for international shipments and upon delivery to the buyer for shipments within the United States.
Returns are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
Products are covered by the warranty of the respective manufacturer. Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear. As an authorized service partner, we can assist you with warranty claims.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of use of the vessel, charter income or profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Broward County, Florida, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
